HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Medieval Morticia asks that you be patient with you order as sometimes items do take longer to create and therefore send out. For example, please allow for the creation time of photographic prints and books.

With all other standard, in-stock items we aim to send them out within one working week once payment is confirmed.

HOW WILL MY ITEM/S ARRIVE?

We send all out items out via Royal Mail.

Items will be packaged according to size, shape and content to ensure safe passage. Items may be wrapped in custom Medieval Morticia paper and wax seal subject to availablity.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship internationally yes. Postage prices will vary in order to accommodate this.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS OR SALES?
